We do not send candidates to fill a quota. Every person on a shortlist has been spoken to, technically assessed, and genuinely considered for your specific role. If we cannot find someone good, we will tell you.
You hear from us at every stage. When there is news, we share it. When there is not, we still check in. No black holes, no reading between the lines of a short reply.
We do not run the same process for every client. A scale-up hiring its first security engineer needs something different from an enterprise filling a portfolio of roles. We adapt to what actually makes sense.
